Juada Garden

The accommodation was great, the staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The property was close to many cafes and restaurants, and it was especially close to the Bintang supermarket. The property was also within walking distance to the beach and Legian. Our driver was there to pick us up from the airport after our flight was 2 hours late and very attentive to make sure we arrived at our villa during a special Hindu religious event that shut down all of Seminyak. We would definitely stay with Ketut and his staff again.

The staff were just brilliant! Everyone we spoke to were so helpful even the dogs had a job and protected the property well. Convenience, location, good prices for drivers and washing. Property was beautiful, well kept and maintained and very clean. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Has all the basics so we could decide if we wanted to eat out or at the villa.

We were originally supposed to stay in Juada Garden for 1 week at the start of March, however due to a cyclone in Brisbane we ended up extending our stay in Bali for another 3 nights. Juada garden staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with the last minute extension of our stay. We originally stayed in Villa 2b for most of our stay but also briefly stayed in Villa 8 and villa 1 when we extended our stay. All of the Villas were beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved having a private pool in the villa which was cleaned everyday. The villas were open plan and spacious. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms helped to keep us cool at night. The Villas are right in the centre of Seminyak, just off of a side street, which meant it was very quick and easy to get to the shops, restaurants and short walk to the beach. However even with being so close to the main areas of Seminyak, noise was not an issue in the evenings or at night. As I mentioned before all the staff were excellent, particularly Nick, who helped us to organize a 10 hour day trip around Bali and brought us along to Temples, forests and more and was incredibly lovely throughout. Staff were always kind, friendly and helpful with every request big or small and truly helped to make our holiday wonderful. Thank you!

Tbh, I was about to cancel the villa at first bcs some of the comments here made me think twice, but I tried to keep it and went there. It was out of my expectation. The villa was beautiful!! They have prepared everything. The kitchen ware is complete for me and my family, but it was hard for me to turn on the stove, so I asked the staff to help me out. The staff helped us and told us tge way to make it work. The rooms are also spacious, neat, and comfortable. The pool is beautiful too! Everything is perfectly fine🥰 thankyou for the hospitality.

It was quiet the property was clean and the filter water was a bonus Pool was amazing and the pool fence was organised as set up before we got there. Didn’t expect cleaning daily but that was done well both the villa garden and pool
